Art in TARTA is a competitive poem and design project providing opportunities to enhance and enrich the public transportation of Toledo, Ohio. The top poems were selected to represent the theme Restore Planet Earth: Air. The poem inspired the design of A New Green World with the transformation of white leaves to green. The vines embody Toledo and are reaching for the goal to Restore Planet Earth.
